How to access Google Docs

To access your Google Docs document from last week, either click on the link you posted on your blog, or on your blog click on New Post , in the top right hand corner click on My Account, in the middle of the page there should be a list of Google products like Gmail, Blogger, YouTube, and Docs, click on Docs. [*If you don't see Docs in the list of products, on the bottom of the page, click on More. A page full of Google products will open, and from it choose Docs.] This will take you to the Google Docs page and your document should be listed in the middle of a page; click on it and you are there. Lastly, you can create a graphic organizer in Microsoft Word, save it, and then upload it to Google Docs. Follow the above steps to access Google Docs; next, on the left hand side, click on Upload. On the page that opens, click on Select files to up load and select the location where you save your Microsoft Word document, click on the document, then click OK, and lastly click on Start Upload. *If you are having trouble with this, simply create a graphic organizer in Microsoft Word, save it on a flash drive (you were asked to purchase one for this class), and then bring the flash drive with you to class.
